Photobook Manager ("Licensor") retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Software. Upon payment of the applicable fees, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Software to any third party. 3. Payments and Payment Gateway All payments for the Software are processed through a third-party payment gateway phone pay. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms of the payment gateway provider. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
